We are currently recruiting a Training Quality Officer for our client based in Dubai, UAE.
Job Summary:
Ensure the quality, compliance, and effectiveness of all training programs by managing documentation, monitoring delivery standards, coordinating with instructors, and supporting internal/external audits. Maintain departmental records, KPIs, and processes in alignment with organizational and regulatory standards.
Job Responsibilities
1.Training Quality Assurance
- Ensure training programs are delivered in line with approved standards and procedures.
- Review and validate training materials submitted by instructors.
- Monitor instructor qualifications, refresher training, and approvals.
- Track commercial services staff attendance in mandatory aviation training.
- Maintain strong relationships with training providers and clients.
2.Training Operations Monitoring
- Oversee daily training delivery for quality and compliance.
- Monitor participant attendance, discipline, and satisfaction.
- Conduct posttraining analysis and discussions with instructors.
- Ensure proper maintenance of training-related documents and records.
3.Documentation & Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and report participant feedback and evaluation forms.
- Prepare memos for instructor payments and departmental requirements.
- Maintain annual risk assessment sheets and departmental KPI trackers.
- Generate timely MIS reports and ensure adherence to firm's reporting standards.
4.Compliance & Audit Support
- Serve as a key contact for internal and external audits.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Support excellence program initiatives and internal innovative projects.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Training Quality, Learning & Development, Training Operations, or Compliance.
- Experience in aviation training or a regulated industry (preferred).
- Experience working with quality standards, audits, and compliance frameworks.
Should have experience in using:
- LMS Platforms (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, Blackboard, Totara).
- Training scheduling & tracking systems.
- ELearning content tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate etc.)
