Job Summary
Supports the structuring, technical evaluation, and execution of PPP transactions within the Government PMO, ensuring projects are technically sound, commercially viable, and aligned with regulatory and strategic objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Support PPP transaction planning and execution activities
- Conduct technical feasibility and project due diligence assessments
- Review and validate technical studies, designs, and specifications
- Support preparation of procurement documents and tender packages
- Participate in bidder evaluations and technical assessments
- Coordinate with financial, legal, and commercial advisors
- Support contract negotiations from a technical perspective
- Monitor transaction milestones through financial close
- Prepare technical reports and executive presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 4 – 6 years of experience in infrastructure projects or PPP transactions
- Strong understanding of PPP frameworks and government procurement processes
- Experience in technical evaluation of large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong analytical and stakeholder coordination skills
