We are looking for a Transfer Agent to join our team in Hurghada. Our future teammate would be part of the Transfers department in our office in Hurghada.
Key responsibilities:
- Management and control of transfers.
- Communication with providers, hoteliers and TTOO.
- Management of claims and incidents.
- Coordinate with the team at the airport.
- Follow up of the services provided to clients: invoicing, quality, etc.
- Manage special requests and VIP clients.
- Be aware of the traffic restrictions to redesign.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Tourism or any discipline.
- A high level of German language is required ( B1:B2), other languages are a plus.
- Demonstrated a high level of IT skills with the ability to understand technology concepts.
- Able to work properly with IT Systems and adapt quickly to in-house operational systems.
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong teamwork-oriented task handling.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills.
