Transformation Manager

We are looking for an experienced Transformation Office Governance Lead to support enterprise transformation and delivery governance within a leading banking environment.

Key requirements:

• 10+ years of overall experience, including 4+ years in banking

• Strong background in transformation, portfolio/project management or agile-at-scale delivery

• Experience managing governance cadences, QBRs, Scrum of Scrums and strategic roadmaps

• Strong stakeholder management and ability to challenge senior stakeholders

• Experience managing cross-functional dependencies, priorities, risks and delivery performance

• Arabic & English bilingual

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field

• PMP, PgMP or SAFe certification is a plus

Riyadh - On-site

6-month contract, renewable up to 2 years

Immediate start or maximum 1-month notice
