Travel Account Agent

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Agent located in Cairo. The Travel Agent will be responsible for handling customer reservations, assisting clients with travel arrangements, coordinating car rentals, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with Reservations and Travel Arrangements
• Customer Service skills with a focus on providing excellent client experiences
• Knowledge of Car Rental services
• Sales skills to effectively promote travel packages and services
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage client relationships
• Proficiency in travel booking tools and software is an advantage
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
