Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Advisor located in Qesm El Sheikh Zayed. The Travel Advisor will assist customers with travel-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to meet their needs. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating travel arrangements, managing travel itineraries, responding to customer inquiries, resolving travel-related issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the planning and booking process.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service and dedication to ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Effective Communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in creating and managing Travel Arrangements and working in a Travel Agency
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a service-oriented mindset
  • Experience with travel booking systems or platforms is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Sheikh Zayed
