Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Qesm El Maadi, with the option for some work-from-home flexibility. As a Travel Advisor, you will assist clients with travel arrangements, provide high levels of customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating and booking travel plans, addressing customer inquiries, managing travel-related requests, and maintaining strong communication with clients to meet their travel needs efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls and customer chats
  • Assist customers with travel bookings, changes, cancellations, and inquiries
  • Provide accurate travel information and solutions
  • Deliver excellent customer service experience
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service and a proven track record of ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Communication skills for effectively interacting with clients and team members

Previous experience in Customer Service (preferably in the travel industry)

Experience using Sabre system is a must

Excellent English communication skills

Strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work rotational shifts (including overnight)
