Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on international and domestic travel packages
- Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, tour packages, and visa processing
- Use GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) for ticketing and reservations
- Create customized travel itineraries based on client needs and budget
- Process cancellations, refunds, and rebookings
- Maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and travel partners
- Achieve monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Ensure compliance with UAE travel regulations and documentation requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Travel Advisor, Travel Consultant, or Ticketing Agent
- Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre)
- Experience in holiday packages, corporate travel, and visa services
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Sales-driven mindset with ability to meet targets
- Knowledge of international destinations and travel trends
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in UAE travel agencies or tourism companies
- IATA certification (preferred)
- Multilingual skills (Arabic is an advantage)
