Role Description

Alorica is seeking a full-time Travel Advisor (UK Account) for an on-site role located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. In this role, you will assist customers with travel arrangements, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, maintain communication with clients, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless travel services. A core aspect of this position will involve providing exceptional customer service to meet the unique needs of clients within the UK market.

Qualifications
  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills for managing and resolving client inquiries effectively and ensuring high-quality service.
  • Exceptional Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and maintain positive relationships.
  • Experience with Travel Arrangements and working in a Travel Agency or similar environment, demonstrating expertise in creating custom travel plans and itineraries.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, attention to detail, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting.
  • Knowledge of UK travel preferences and market dynamics is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site and maintain flexibility with working hours as required.
  • Previous experience in the travel and hospitality industry is advantageous.
