Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant specializing in Packages and Operations. The position is based in Cairo, Egypt. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing travel consultation, managing travel arrangements, assisting clients with reservations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

* Communicate with local and international suppliers

* Prepare customized tour packages based on client needs and budget

* Handle travel inquiries via email and WhatsApp

* Create itineraries, quotations, and follow up on bookings

* Coordinate hotel, transportation, and tour reservations

* Ensure accuracy of pricing and booking details

Requirements:

* Minimum 4 years of experience in travel packages and operations

* Good communication and organizational skills

* Ability to manage multiple requests efficiently
