Travel Consultant

We are looking for a travel consultant to join our team at Rayna Tours Travel Desk. As a travel consultant, you will be responsible for helping our clients plan and book their dream vacations. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and budget, and then create customized travel packages that meet their expectations. You will also be responsible for booking flights, accommodations, rental cars, and other travel arrangements.

Responsibilities:

Meet and consult with clients to understand their travel needs and budget

Research and recommend travel destinations and packages

Book flights, accommodations, rental cars, and other travel arrangements

Provide clients with travel information and advice

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any problems that may arise

Market and sell travel packages and services

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field preferred

1-2 years of experience as a travel consultant or in a related role

Fluency in English and at least one other language

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of travel industry trends and software

Additional Qualifications:

Experience with travel booking systems and software

Certification from a recognized travel agency

Personal travel experience
