Communicate effectively with clients to understand their travel preferences and craft personalized itineraries.
Create bespoke travel plans encompassing air travel, accommodations, sightseeing, and ground transportation arrangements.
Manage a personal sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Handle queue management and ensure accuracy in daily sales reports.
Utilize strategic selling techniques to generate targeted sales and achieve high conversion rates.
Upsell Travelwings brand offerings and enhance customer experiences through personalized service.
Requirements
Excellent negotiation, sales communication, and customer service skills.
3+ years of experience in handling multiple destinations.
Should have proficiency in both English and Arabic. Proficiency in French is a plus.
Prior experience in handling groups and customized holiday products.
Outstanding destination and world geography knowledge.
Should have the zeal to meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to month-over-month growth.
