Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell long-haul destinations including Europe, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and various African countries, as well as luxury cruises, focusing on VIP clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their travel preferences and craft personalized itineraries.
  • Create bespoke travel plans encompassing air travel, accommodations, sightseeing, and ground transportation arrangements.
  • Manage a personal sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Handle queue management and ensure accuracy in daily sales reports.
  • Utilize strategic selling techniques to generate targeted sales and achieve high conversion rates.
  • Upsell Travelwings brand offerings and enhance customer experiences through personalized service.

Requirements

  • Excellent negotiation, sales communication, and customer service skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in handling multiple destinations.
  • Should have proficiency in both English and Arabic. Proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Prior experience in handling groups and customized holiday products.
  • Outstanding destination and world geography knowledge.
  • Should have the zeal to meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to month-over-month
    growth.
