Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and contract hotels, resorts, and travel service providers.
Negotiate rates, terms, allotments, and special offers to achieve competitive pricing.
Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and develop new partnerships.
Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
Update and manage contracting database, rate sheets, and supplier records.
Coordinate with sales, reservations, and operations teams regarding contracted rates and offers.
Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to support contracting strategy.
Handle contract renewals, amendments, and terminations when required.
Prepare periodic reports on contracting performance, savings, and market insights.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
2- 5 years of experience in contracting, purchasing, or supplier management (preferably in travel or hospitality).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent relationship management and networking abilities.
Good analytical and market research skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and contracting systems.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
