You will work closely with the Media Director on the travel segment across ITP Luxury Group, supporting commercial, editorial, and client-facing projects. This role offers hands-on exposure to luxury media, travel brands, and integrated campaigns.

What you will do
- Support day-to-day management of travel accounts and proposals
- Assist in preparing presentations, media kits, and client decks
- Coordinate with editorial, social, and production teams
- Track deliverables, timelines, and campaign performance
- Help with market research on luxury hotels, destinations, and tourism boards
- Support event, shoot, and content planning when required
What we are looking for
- Strong interest in luxury travel, media, and storytelling
- Organized, detail-focused, and able to manage deadlines
- Confident communicator, written and verbal
- Comfortable with PowerPoint, Google Slides, and basic Excel
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
