Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Travel Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of travel booking systems, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for travel planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on travel destinations, packages, and itineraries based on their preferences and budgets

Book flights, hotels, transportation, and other travel services through GDS and hotel platforms

Provide visa assistance and travel documentation guidance

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, restrictions, and trends

Handle changes, cancellations, and emergencies efficiently

Upsell additional services such as travel insurance, tours, and upgrades

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Requirements:

Proven experience as a travel consultant or similar role (2+ years preferred)

Proficiency in basic GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo)

Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills

Knowledge of world geography and major travel destinations

Ability to multitask and work under pressure
