Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Travel Sales Consultant. The role involves assisting clients with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and creating personalized travel itineraries. Daily tasks include providing excellent customer service, handling reservations, and managing travel-related inquiries. The successful candidate will ensure smooth travel planning and maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, including travel advisory and planning expertise
• Experience in Travel Management and handling Travel Arrangements
• Strong skills in Customer Service and managing customer travel inquiries
• Knowledge of booking systems and efficient handling of Reservations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with domestic and international travel destinations
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting
• Relevant educational background or certifications in tourism or travel management are a plus
