Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves providing expert travel consulting services, managing travel arrangements, and handling customer inquiries to create tailored travel packages. Key day-to-day responsibilities include booking reservations, offering exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless travel management. The Travel Sales Consultant will work closely with clients and partners to deliver outstanding travel experiences, aligning with Virkauf DMC's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and creating tailored travel packages.
• Experience in Travel Arrangements and making Reservations for various destinations.
• Strong skills in delivering exceptional Customer Service and handling client inquiries professionally.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Knowledge of global travel markets, destinations, and travel trends is an advantage.
