Role Overview

The Travel Trade & Agency Relations Associate is responsible for building, managing, and growing relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and travel advisors. This role focuses on expanding our travel trade network, promoting our products, supporting agency partners, and increasing B2B sales.

You will serve as a key point of contact for agency partners and represent the company professionally within the travel trade industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, consortia, and travel advisors globally
  • Identify and onboard new agency partners to expand the company's travel trade network
  • Promote the company's travel products and services to agency partners
  • Conduct outreach through email, calls, virtual meetings, and in-person visits
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions
  • Serve as the primary contact for travel agency partners
  • Respond to partner inquiries and provide product information, quotations, and support
  • Assist partners with bookings, itinerary planning, and operational coordination
  • Ensure partners have access to up-to-date product information, rates, and materials
  • Maintain strong long-term relationships and ensure partner satisfaction
  • Drive B2B sales growth through existing and new agency partnerships
  • Identify opportunities to increase bookings and expand partner engagement
  • Support contract negotiations and commercial agreements with agency partners
  • Monitor sales performance and partner activity
  • Work closely with operations and management to align product offerings with market demand
  • Support the development of travel trade materials, including presentations and product guides
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of newsletters and partner communications

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in the travel industry, preferably in travel trade, DMC, tour operator, or agency relations
  • Strong understanding of the travel agency and tour operator ecosystem
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working with luxury travel products or high-end clientele
  • Existing network of travel agency or tour operator contacts
  • Experience with CRM systems and travel booking platforms
  • Fluent English required; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Russian, or Mandarin are an advantage
