Position Overview
The Treasury Analyst will support the management of foreign currency positions, liquidity, and financial risk exposure across Pay10.com's operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient treasury execution, optimizing profitability, and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions while adhering to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily foreign currency positions to ensure optimal utilization and profitability
- Identify, assess, and mitigate foreign exchange (FX) risks through structured strategies
- Maintain and manage relationships with banking partners, financial institutions, and service providers
- Utilize treasury management systems and financial tools to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and control
- Contribute to the development and implementation of treasury policies, procedures, and controls in line with industry best practices
- Coordinate closely with operations and finance teams for settlements with partners and intra-company transactions
- Execute and manage transactions on dealing platforms to maximize organizational profitability
- Support reporting, reconciliation, and compliance requirements within treasury operations
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar treasury or financial role within financial institutions (banks, exchange houses, fintech, etc.)
- Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- Strong understanding of FX markets, treasury operations, and liquidity management
- Familiarity with treasury management systems and financial tools
- Knowledge of dealing/trading platforms such as Reuters or Bloomberg is an added advantage
