Esnad Contracting Company is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead and develop the Group's treasury function. The role will oversee cash management, banking relationships, credit facilities, and trade finance, while ensuring strong financial control and liquidity across the organization.
Reporting to the CFO, this position plays a key role in supporting project financing and overall financial stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly cash positioning and forecasting activities
- Develop and maintain short-term and long-term liquidity forecasts
- Oversee banking relationships, account structures, and cash management arrangements
- Manage payments, collections, and settlements in coordination with Finance and Operations teams
- Design and implement treasury policies, approval frameworks, and controls
- Monitor and optimize working capital across all entities
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate treasury-related risks including liquidity and counterparty risk
- Drive treasury system implementation and automation initiatives
- Prepare treasury dashboards and reporting for senior management and the CFO
- Ensure compliance with SAMA regulations, internal controls, and company policies
- Support project finance activities including bid bonds, performance bonds, advance payment guarantees

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree or professional qualification (CTP, ACT, CFA, CPA) is preferred
- Minimum 10 years of corporate treasury experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record in the contracting, infrastructure, or construction sector in Saudi Arabia is strongly preferred
- Deep working knowledge of Letters of Guarantee and Letters of Credit under Saudi banking practice, UCP 600, URDG 758, and ISP 98
- Strong existing relationships with Relationship Managers at Saudi banks are a significant advantage
- Experience managing multi-entity and multi-jurisdiction treasury across the GCC is preferred
- Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken
- Experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP systems
