Job Purpose:
Supervising financial activities within the Treasury function on a daily basis, including operations, financing, liquidity and cash flow management. Overseeing the preparation of periodic reports related to Hikma Egypt Treasury function, as well as maintaining strong relationship with banks and financial institutions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor daily cash positions across all bank accounts.
- Supervising on all inward and outward Bills of Collection (BCs), Letters of Credit (LC's) & letters of Guarantee (LG's)
- Executing verification procedure on Treasury related financial reports and transactions while ensuring that all related transactions are completed and recorded accurately.
- Reviewing customers accounts and files and coordinating with commercial & AR team regarding collections and accounts related issues.
- Review and control bank charges and interest expenses.
- Prepare treasury reports (cash position, debt schedule, FX exposure).
- Reviewing cheques for accuracy, reporting any deviations, and updating cheques file and delivery.
- Establishing and managing the relationship with banks and financial institutions, resolving any pending issues, as well as providing the Treasury officer with the technical support when needed.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Commerce, English Section is the must.
- 58 years of experience in treasury, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of trade finance & banking operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Proficient in the use of analytic tools such as data gathering and analysis, spreadsheets, flow-charting, and process diagramming.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- V. Good Command of English Language.
