Job Description

Job Overview:

The Treasury Supervisor is responsible for ensuring effective cash flow planning, fund management, and banking operations across the organization. This role oversees daily cash and bank activities, prepares accurate cash flow forecasts, manages banking facilities, and ensures timely reconciliation of accounts. The supervisor will maintain strong relationships with banking partners, ensure compliance with internal controls, support audits, and provide reliable financial insights to management. This position plays a key role in safeguarding company funds, optimizing liquidity, and facilitating seamless financial operations across all business divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Forecasting and fund management

  • To assess short term and long term fund requirement along with management.
  • To prepare monthly forecasted Cash flow and monitor it.
  • To monitor cash and bank balance on daily basis.
  • To review daily collection reports.
  • To monitor cash GL on daily basis.

Cash and bank Facilities

  • To open new corporate bank account
  • To maintain important / mandatory banking records like bank mandate, yearly bank confirmation, etc.
  • To monitor bank Guarantee position on monthly basis and ensure the guarantees are cancelled on timely basis
  • To ensure bank reconciliations are prepared on timely basis and highlight any ambiguity to management.
  • To manage the Inter group funds transfers
  • To conduct Petty Cash Verification on quarterly basis

Communication

  • To ensure that all outstanding bank guarantees are communicated to all division on monthly basis and proper response is received for all Bank guarantees for renewal/ cancellation.
  • To effective communication of all financial information to the stake holders.
  • To develop effective relationships at all levels within MPC to be able to provide appropriate business support where necessary
  • To ensure the coordination of the audits and resolve all possible queries.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA, ACCA) are an added advantage.
  • Minimum 57 years of experience as Supervisor or Manager in Treasury, Banking Operations, or Cash Management.
  • Prior experience in corporate treasury within a medium or large organization, Healthcare is preferred.
  • Experience handling bank guarantees, online banking platforms, and cash flow forecasting is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to ERP systems and strong understanding of General Ledger management.
  • Strong knowledge of cash flow planning, fund management, and treasury controls.
  • Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations and daily cash monitoring.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with corporate banking processes, bank facilities, and intercompany fund transfers.
