Role Overview
We are recruiting a Truck Tyre Specialist with proven experience in TBR (Truck & Bus Radial) tyres to support and drive business growth across the Middle East.
This role combines technical expertise, product management, partner development, and after-sales support, working closely with distributors, fleets, and internal sales teams.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, commercially minded, and comfortable operating at both technical and market levels.

As the group continues to expand its TBR offering under the MatraX and Matoro brands, the focus is on building strong technical capabilities, supporting distributors and partners, and developing reliable solutions for commercial and fleet applications across diverse operating conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Market Development
- Drive business growth with regional partners to expand brand presence across multiple channels
- Support distributors and key accounts in developing the TBR category
- Actively engage with fleets, workshops, and transport operators
Product & Portfolio Management
- Manage the TBR product portfolio, including positioning, lifecycle management, and market fit
- Lead and support new TBR product launches in the region
- Monitor product performance across different applications and operating conditions
Technical Support & After-Sales
- Provide specialised technical support for TBR tyres
- Analyse applications, technical specifications, and real-world performance
- Support customers and sales teams in pre-sales and after-sales activities
- Act as a technical interface between customers, sales teams, and manufacturers
Warranty & Claims
- Manage technical claims and warranty processes
- Investigate failures, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure professional handling of after-sales issues to protect brand credibility
Training & Capability Building
- Develop partner capabilities through coaching, training, and market visits
- Support distributor sales and technical teams with product and application knowledge
Candidate Profile
Experience & Knowledge
- Proven experience in the TBR tyre business (mandatory)
- Strong technical knowledge of TBR applications, operating conditions, and use cases
- Solid understanding of fleet operations, workshop environments, and tyre lifecycle economics

- Strong consultative selling approach
- Negotiation skills suited to fleet managers, procurement teams, and workshop supervisors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate technical insights into commercial value
