Requirements:

• Egyptian
• Minimum 1 year of tele sales experience in B2C
• Fluent in English and Turkish
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Passionate about education and committed to delivering outstanding service.

Job Description:

• Promote and introduce products and services to customers via phone
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Actively manage the customer portfolio to achieve sales targets
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain client relationships
• Prepare and present regular sales reports
