UAE National Associate - Financial Advisory (Non-Islamic Bank)

1. Assist in the preparation of high-impact pitch-books and presentation materials for internal and client-facing use
2. Build and review detailed financial models to support rating advisory and capital structuring mandates
3. Support in conducting industry research, peer bench-marking, and credit analysis to assess client positioning
4. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies (e.g., rating agencies) throughout the transaction life-cycle
5. Participate in client meetings, contribute to deal execution, and ensure timely delivery of key project milestones
6. * Monitor and track rating actions, market developments, and regulatory updates relevant to the region

Requirements:

* UAE National with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field

* 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, Big 4 strategy, or private equity

* Strong expertise in PowerPoint pitch preparation and Excel-based financial modeling

* Clear understanding of capital markets, corporate credit, and rating agency methodologies is a plus

* Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills

* High attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure
