Job Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive vendor management strategy aligned with organisational goals.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key vendors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality goods and services.
- Oversee the end-to-end contracting process, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with legal and other stakeholders to develop and review contracts, ensuring accuracy and risk mitigation.
- Lead and manage corporate procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management.
- Implement and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure transparency, fairness, and accountability.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. CIPS qualification preferred,
- UAE National with Family Book (REQUIRED)
- Proven experience in a leadership role in public procurement, with a focus on vendor management and contracting.
- Knowledge of public procurement laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex contracts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
