Position Summary

The Government - Sales Executivewill play a key role in growing government accounts, developing strategic relationships, and driving revenue by identifying and converting new business opportunities. This role focuses on the full government sales cycle while ensuring alignment with government priorities, compliance requirements, and long-term organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Government Account Management & Business Development

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with government entities and key decision-makers
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop pipelines aligned with government needs
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and proposal submissions for government programs

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Engage with senior government stakeholders to understand requirements and position tailored solutions
  • Ensure high service standards by coordinating with internal teams to deliver on commitments

Sales Performance & Market Intelligence

  • Achieve sales targets through strategic deal management and consistent follow-up
  • Monitor market trends, government policies, and procurement procedures to drive informed decision-making
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and account plans

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in government sales, account management, or business development
  • Knowledge of UAE government procurement processes and public sector engagement strategies
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
