Job Description
- Ensure all warranty claims meet the requirements specified in the Warranty Policy and comply with the guidelines provided by automotive manufacturers.
- Maintain detailed documentation of estimation reports, outlining the necessary repairs, parts, labor, and any other relevant information required for warranty claims.
- Collaborate with the service and repair team to identify any discrepancies or missing information in warranty claims and provide necessary feedback for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to customers, technicians, and other stakeholders regarding warranty claim procedures, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.
- Review warranty estimates to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards, minimising errors and potential claim rejections.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of a diploma, bachelor's degree in any technical or mathematical field is preferred.
- UAE National with Family Book.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry, with a deep interest in staying updated about the latest automotive trends, technologies, and developments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to various stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changes in warranty policies, repair procedures, and industry best practices.
