Role Overview

We are hiring aUAE Pre-Sales Managerto lead and orchestrate the Pre-Sales Engine across the UAE, enabling customers to achievemeasurable business outcomesthroughdeep workload expertise, differentiated solution plays, and maximized vendor funding and incentives.

The UAE Pre-Sales Manager owns theend-to-end orchestration of multi-workload opportunities, ensuring cohesive solution design, proposal quality, and execution acrossvendors, hyperscalers, and service lines.

This role is critical to improvingwin rates, deal quality, services attach, and incentive yield, while ensuring seamless collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Services, and Regional Pre-Sales teams.

Pre-Sales Mission

Enable customers to achieve measurable business outcomes by providing deep workload and solution expertise through differentiated offerings, while maximizing funding and incentives from vendors.

  • Strengthen workload specialization across IT Portfolio & Optimization, Cloud + Data & AI, Copilot & Agentic AI, and Digital Workplace + Security
  • Drive vendor-aligned solution plays

  • Fully leverage hyperscaler and ISV funding programs (e.g., ECIF, AMMP, MCI, AWS MAP, Google incentives, MV MDF)

  • Enforce standardized solution packaging aligned to Incentive, Standard, and Solution Offers

  • Enable seamless multi-workload orchestration through collaboration with Country Pre-Sales Managers, Regional CoEs, and Services Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Multi-Workload Opportunity Orchestration: Lead and orchestrate multi-workload pre-sales across strategic and managed accounts, ensuring cohesive, outcome-aligned solutions and coordinated specialist engagement.
  • Vendor & Funding Excellence: Maximize vendor funding and co-sell impact through early qualification, compliant execution, and strong partnership with hyperscaler and multi-vendor program teams.

  • Workload Leadership & Specialization: Build deep workload expertise with clear value propositions, repeatable solution plays, defined funding paths, and focused team specialization.

  • Pre-Sales Governance & Deal Quality: Enforce governance across qualification, architecture, pricing, and delivery to reduce risk and ensure clean handover from pre-sales to execution.

  • Collaboration Across Engines: Partner across Sales, Customer Success, Services, and regional/global CoEs to shape winning deals and scale best practices.

  • People & Capability Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performance pre-sales team, fostering specialization, accountability, and continuous capability growth.

  • Performance & Business Excellence: Own pre-sales performance outcomes, including pipeline quality, win rates, services attach, funding utilization, and ROB participation.

Authority

  • Assign pre-sales resources to opportunities within agreed priorities.
  • Escalate deal risks, capacity constraints, and governance issues.
  • Enforce compliance with pre-sales, vendor, and delivery standards.
  • Influence bid/no-bid decisions in collaboration with Sales and Services leadership.
Job Requirements
  • Experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving complex, high-value opportunities.

  • Strong technical and commercial background across one or more of the following domains: Cloud, Data & AI, Security, Modern Workplace, and IT Spend Optimization.

  • Proven experience partnering with hyperscalers and ISVs, including Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud, to deliver co-sell motions, funded engagements, and scalable solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-vendor and multi-workload deals, orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, outcome-driven proposals.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align sales, services, technical teams, and vendor partners at all levels.
