Our client, a leading private sector company in Dubai, is seeking a talented HR Associate - Operations as part of continued growth. The client has a strong brand and would offer long term growth and further responsibilities as part of their natural progression.
The HR Associate will play a key role in supporting end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR administration and employee lifecycle management. This is a pure HR Operations role with no Talent Acquisition responsibilities.
The role is ideal for a detail-oriented UAE National HR professional who enjoys operational ownership, employee support, and working within structured HR frameworks.
This role would suit candidates looking for exposure, impact and long-term growth, with the role being based in Jebel Ali, Dubai. This position is only eligible for UAEN with a family book.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system access, and coordination with internal stakeholders
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and employee files are compliant with UAE labour law and internal controls
Payroll & Benefits
- Support monthly payroll processing in coordination with Finance and external providers
- Manage employee benefits administration (medical insurance, leave balances, allowances, EOSB tracking, etc.)
- Handle payroll queries and ensure timely resolution
HR Systems (HRIS)
- Maintain and update employee data on the HRIS
- Generate HR reports related to headcount, leave, payroll, and employee data
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality at all times
Employee Relations Support
- Act as a first point of contact for employee HR queries
- Support employee relations matters by coordinating with HR leadership
- Assist in implementing HR initiatives, policies, and internal communications
Compliance & Support
- Assist with audits, inspections, and HR reporting requirements
- Support ad-hoc HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- UAE National with Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid) mandatory
- 2 5 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Administration
- Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law
- Hands-on experience supporting payroll, benefits, onboarding, and HR systems
- No Talent Acquisition background required
