Testing & Quality Assurance: Conducting comprehensive UAT and sanity checks to validate all end-to-end workflows, ensuring smooth integration of all components.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinating with Stakeholders to validate that the digital customer journey is seamless, intuitive, and aligned with business objectives.
Post-Production Support setup & support: Identifying, documenting, and resolving any production issues in collaboration with IT teams.
Enhancement Testing: Assisting with the testing of new features and enhancements , ensuring that they meet the expected quality and user experience benchmarks before deployment.
