Role SummaryWe're seeking a UI/UX Designer to translate user and business needs into intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent experiences across our application suite. You'll partner with product managers and developers from discovery through delivery - owning flows, interfaces, and design assets that ship.
What You'll Do- Gather and evaluate user requirements with product and engineering.
- Visualize concepts via storyboards, process flows, user journeys, and sitemaps.
- Create UI elements (menus, tabs, widgets), navigation patterns, and search components.
- Build wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes that clearly convey function and look.
- Produce original visuals (images, icons, illustrations, tables) aligned with the brand identity.
- Present rough drafts to teams and stakeholders; refine based on feedback and data.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX issues (e.g., responsiveness, accessibility, edge cases).
- Apply layout/UI adjustments guided by usability findings and analytics.
- Ensure a consistent layout and theme across applications.
- Adhere to, and help evolve - style standards (fonts, colors, imagery, spacing, components).
- Coordinate closely with developers for handoff (specs, redlines, assets) and support implementation.
- Contribute to planning and delivery of new features in an agile environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant UI/UX design experience (web or mobile).
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Arts and Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven collaboration skills across product, engineering, and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency with design/wireframe tools, especially Adobe XD (Figma/Sketch a plus).
- Demonstrated time management and ability to work independently (as evidenced by portfolio/interview).
Nice to Have
- Experience building and maintaining design systems (tokens, components, documentation).
- Working knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and developer handoff tools (Zeplin, Avocode, etc.).
- Experience with usability testing, analytics-driven iteration, and A/B testing.
- Exposure to mobile-first patterns and multi-platform design.
Success Metrics
- Reduction in UX-related support tickets by 30%.
- Improved task completion rate/time-on-task in usability tests.
- Increased adoption/retention for targeted flows.
- On-time delivery of design assets across sprints with high developer satisfaction.
What We Offer
1 - Opportunity to shape experiences that reach a broad user base.
2 - Collaborative, product-led culture with room for growth.
