UI/UX Designer
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team in Cairo. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences and translating complex requirements into elegant, functional designs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) and translate insights into user personas, journey maps, and user flows.
- Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces that deliver seamless user experiences.
- Create clean, consistent, and visually appealing UI designs aligned with brand guidelines and design systems.
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized across web and mobile devices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth design handover and implementation.
- Continuously test, analyze, and iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and performance data.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems, UI libraries, and style guides.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 25 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer (flexible based on portfolio quality).
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, usability standards, and accessibility best practices.
- Experience designing for responsive and mobile-first interfaces.
- Ability to present and clearly articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a user-centric mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development constraints.
- Experience with usability testing tools and data-driven design decisions
