UI/UX Designer - Digital Banking

Nair Systems is currently looking for Senior UI/UX Designer for our UAE operations.

EXPERIENCE

4-6 years of experience in UI & UX

Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent area

Ability to communicate with different departments of a multi-national and dynamic organization

Experience with design tools like Sketch, Adobe Suite and Figma

Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping

Knowledge of Agile software development process

Knowledge of Design Systems is a plus

TECHINCAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Experience with designing quality consumer products, as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology. 50%

Entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated, but also a team player with a professional presence. 10%

Graphical and Visual Design skills using a diverse set of software such as Adobe suite, Figma, Sketch or other tools for product design. 10%

Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping 10%

Knowledge of Agile software development process 20%

Clearly articulate design needs and key decisions to business stakeholders across markets and brands collaborating closely with Product Leads and Product Managers

Design elegant and delightful product experiences as part of a cross-functional Agile product teams

Research, identify and articulate customer needs
