We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in digital financial products. You will be responsible for designing seamless and engaging digital experiences for banking and fintech customers. The role involves working closely with product, tech, and business teams to create designs that balance usability, business goals, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centered interfaces for digital banking and financial products
- Conduct user research, journey mapping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive designs
- Ensure designs meet regulatory and accessibility standards
- Develop and maintain UI patterns, design systems, and style guides
- Mentor junior designers and help elevate design standards across the team
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Arabic, ideally also English
- Proven experience in digital banking, fintech, or financial services design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design for web and mobile apps
- Hands-on experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Strong understanding of UX research methods, usability testing, and design thinking
- Able to relocate to Dubai if based elsewhere
- Experience leading design initiatives at a manager level is preferred
