Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in UX/UI, Product Design, ora relatedfield.
- Extensiveproficiencyin Figma,utilizingits advanced features to design high-fidelity UI, build interactive and workable prototypes, and streamline collaboration with cross-functionalteams.-
- Skills: Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.

- Google UX Design Certification or similar industry-recognized certification.

Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research toidentifypain points, uncover opportunities, andvalidatedesign decisions through qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Apply Design Thinking methodologies to define user problems, ideate solutions, prototype concepts, and iteratively refine experiences.
- Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma to create seamless and visually compelling user experiences.
- Write clear and detailed user stories to define product features, user interactions, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with development teams.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on real user feedback, behavioral analytics, and A/B testing results to enhance usability and engagement.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility, accessibility compliance, and seamless implementation of user interfaces.
- Work closely with product managers and business stakeholders to align design solutions with strategic goals, balancing user needs with businessobjectives.
