Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from initial concept to final handoff for both web and mobile platforms.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and conduct rigorous usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Develop and maintain a robust design system to ensure visual and functional consistency across all products.
- Work within Agile/Lean frameworks, collaborating closely with developers and product owners via Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Implement designs that comply with WCAG 2.2 AA standards to ensure an inclusive user experience.
- Utilize analytics and experimentation literacy (using tools like GA4, Hotjar, or Maze) to iterate on designs based on user behavior.
Requirements & Qualification
- sBSc degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Psychology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- .HFI (CUA/CXA), NN/g UX, IAAP (CPACC/WAS), Scrum/Agile (PSM I/CSM/SAFe), or Google UX
- .UI/UX design with a demonstrable portfolio of shipped work
- .2+ Yrs. of experience working in Agile/Lean rapid prototyping environments
- .Expert level in Figma (or similar tools like Sketch/Adobe XD)
- .Proficiency in FigJam, Miro, and usability/optimal workshop tools
- .Familiarity with HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- .Strong foundation in Information Architecture (IA), interaction design, and visual design
