- Role Overview
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to own the end-to-end user experience across our B2B fintech products, including client-facing portals and internal admin platforms. The role focuses on creating intuitive, scalable, and compliant user experiences that support complex financial workflows while maintaining simplicity and clarity.
You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to translate requirements into usable, consistent, and high-quality designs.
- Key Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs for web-based B2B platforms
- Own the end-to-end user experience for client-facing and internal platforms
- Translate complex financial and operational requirements into simple and intuitive user experiences
- Establish and maintain a consistent design system and UI standards
- Collaborate with Product Manager and Business Analysts to validate requirements and user journeys
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Conduct usability reviews and iterate based on feedback
- Ensure designs align with accessibility, usability, and compliance considerations.
- Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer (preferably in B2B, fintech, or enterprise systems)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and UI execution
- Strong hands-on experience using Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration
- Experience designing complex workflows (dashboards, forms, approvals, reporting, etc.)
- Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and information architecture
- Ability to work independently and own the design function
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, banking, or regulated environments
- Experience building and maintaining design systems in Figma
- Experience working closely with agile development teams
