Key Responsibilities- User Research:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and preferences.
- Analyse user feedback and usage data to inform design decisions.
- Wireframing and Prototyping:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts.
- Develop high-fidelity mock-ups and interactive prototypes for presentation and testing.
- UI Design:
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Ensure designs are consistent with the brand's identity and design guidelines.
- UX Optimization:
- Focus on optimizing user experiences through usability testing and iterative improvements.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
- Tools and Technology:
- Use industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch) to create and deliver designs.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role in a software development environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects across web and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of user-cantered design principles and practices.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
