About the role
We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. You'll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to turn complex problems into elegant, usable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile products
- Translate product requirements and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to improve user experience
- Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout the full product lifecycle
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, data, and business goals
- Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all platforms
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer (or equivalent portfolio experience)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and UI execution
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design
- Experience designing responsive web and/or mobile applications
- Ability to clearly communicate design decisions and rationale
