UI/UX Designer

Job Title: UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and detail-orientedUI/UXDesignerto create intuitive, visually compelling, and user-friendly digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will translate user needs and business objectives into seamless designs that enhance usability, accessibility, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.

Translate concepts into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma.

Design and iterate on UI elements such as buttons, icons, forms, navigation, and dashboards.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction.

Ensure design consistency across platforms and maintain a unified design system.

Incorporate feedback and business requirements into ongoing design work.

Keep up to date withUI/UXtrends, tools, and best practices.

Optimize designs based on user analytics and A/B testing results.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

25 years of proven experience inUI/UXdesign (portfolio required).

Strong proficiency in design tools (Figma etc.).

Good understanding of HTML/CSS and how designs translate into code (no need to code, but should work closely with developers).

Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.

Strong visual design skills and an eye for detail.

Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Both Arabic & English

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in Agile/Scrum development processes.

Background in animation or motion design is a plus.

Familiarity with design systems like Material Design, Apple HIG, or custom component libraries.

Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.
