What You'll Do:

Curate the Ultimate Beauty Destination: Select the hottest brands and trendsetting products across cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, haircare, and more.

Drive Growth: Manage multi-million dollar portfolios, negotiate and foster relationships with global beauty leaders, and set trends that captivate GCC consumers

Lead & Inspire: Launch new brands, plan bold assortments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver unforgettable product experiences

Optimize for Success: Analyze performance, maximize margins, and ensure every shelf tells a story of innovation and beauty

What You Bring:

2 + years of beauty retail buying experience (mandatory)

Deep understanding and experience within the GCC beauty market dynamics and consumer behavior the ideal candidate will have a strong network of beauty brands and distributor relationships within the region

Strong analytical and negotiation skills

Proven record of driving growth and building supplier relationships

Cultural agility and a passion for diverse markets

Fluency in English (Arabic a plus!)
