Ultra-Luxury Real Estate Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Sell Burj Azizi and Azizi's luxury & ultra-luxury real estate portfolio to international clients

Build, manage, and expand a high-value client base, with a strong focus on Russian- and German-speaking markets

Conduct property presentations, private viewings, and VIP client meetings

Advise clients on investment strategies, market insights, and premium project offerings

Achieve and consistently exceed individual sales targets and KPIs

Develop long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales, documentation, and handover experience

Represent Azizi Developments with the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and brand excellence

Requirements

Fluency in German

Strong command of English (additional languages are a plus)

Proven experience in luxury or ultra-luxury real estate sales (UAE experience preferred)

Existing network of high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients is a strong advantage

Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing abilities

Impeccable grooming and professional presence

Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused mindset

Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulations is preferred
