Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Nozha, for a Unit Horeca Manager. The primary responsibilities include overseeing daily operations within the Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, and Caf) unit, managing customer relationships, mentoring and training staff, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. The Unit Horeca Manager will drive business growth, monitor market trends, and ensure optimal service delivery to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Communication with the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
• Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• preferred knowledge in the Hospitality management practices.
• Previous experience in FMCG sector is preferred.
• Ability to conduct Training sessions and inspire team development.
• Proven organizational and leadership skills to manage day-to-day operations effectively.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in Horeca sector management is a Must.
