University Engagement Consultant (UAE National)

Key responsibilities:

Collaborate with various departments to identify roles suitable for Emirati nationals and create targeted recruitment strategies.

Establish partnerships with universities and educational institutions to facilitate internship and mentoring opportunities.

Provide guidance and support to Emirati employees, ensuring their professional development and career progression.

Monitor and report on the progress of the Emiratization program, including key performance indicators and compliance with government regulations.

Stay updated on Emiratization policies and initiatives and adapt the program accordingly.

Conduct regular assessments of the program's effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.

Act as an advocate for Emirati talent within the organization and externally, representing our commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications:

UAE National (Emirati) citizenship is mandatory.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree is a plus.

Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and Emiratization initiatives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to program evaluation.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Passion for supporting the development of young Emirati talent.
