Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Laboratory Technology, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory setting

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) or a Certified Laboratory Technician (CLT)
- Experience with laboratory information systems (LIS) and laboratory software
- Familiarity with quality control and quality assurance procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
