We have an urgent requirement for Oracle Fusion EBS Functional Consultant experience in Delivery, configuration, and setup (SCM, HCM & Finance) for our client based in Dubai

We are NOT looking Technical resource . It is 100% functional role.

Candidates with Oracle EBS Functional with a solid exp on delivery, configuration, and setup should only apply

Solid experience in configuring and customizing Oracle EBS applications to meet specific business requirements

Excellent communication is Mandatory

Oracle EBS Functional Consultant with a strong background in delivering high-quality solutions, extensive configuration expertise, and deep product knowledge across various modules including HCM ,SCM and Finance. The ideal candidate will possess a pure functional skill set coupled with pre-sales experience and the ability to architect solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery and Implementation:

Lead and actively participate in the delivery of Oracle EBS projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Collaborate with project teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design optimal solutions utilizing Oracle EBS modules.

Configure and customize Oracle EBS applications to meet client specifications, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.

Conduct comprehensive testing, troubleshooting, and resolution of functional issues during implementation phases.

Provide post-implementation support and facilitate knowledge transfer to client teams.

Configuration and Setup:

Utilize deep product knowledge to perform detailed configuration and setup of Oracle EBS modules such as HCM, SCM, and Finance.

Customize workflows, reports, and interfaces as required to address specific business requirements.

Collaborate with technical teams for integration setup, data migration, and system interfaces.

Pre-sales and Solution Architecture:

Engage in pre-sales activities by understanding client needs, conducting solution demonstrations, and preparing proposals.

Work closely with sales teams to develop winning strategies, including solution design, effort estimation, and risk assessment.

Architect end-to-end Oracle EBS solutions that align with client objectives and leverage the full capabilities of the platform.

Provide thought leadership and guidance on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative approaches to Oracle EBS implementations.
