Job Description
- Own the end‑to‑end accounting function across multiple UAE entities, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities in line with group timelines
- Prepare and review management accounts, group reporting packs, and consolidation inputs
- Manage intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and eliminations across entities
- Ensure full compliance with IFRS and all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
- Act as the main point of contact for external auditors, advisors, and regulatory bodies
- Drive improvements in financial controls, processes, and reporting frameworks
- Partner closely with the Finance Manager and support the Group CFO on reporting and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with international finance teams to ensure alignment across jurisdictions
The Successful Applicant
- 8 to 12+ years of accounting experience within multi‑entity or group environments
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, group reporting, and consolidations
- Proven experience managing audits and external stakeholders
- Exposure to UAE and international tax matters is advantageous
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced and evolving business
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred
- Candidates must be based in the UAE
