Role Description

This full-time, on-site role, based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid, is for a Travel Advisor specializing in assisting US/UK clients. The Travel Advisor will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing travel arrangements, addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The advisor will work closely with clients to provide tailored travel solutions, maintain positive relationships, and adhere to company standards and protocols.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service and a strong commitment to Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, suitable for US/UK client interaction
  • Experience in Travel Arrangements and familiarity with working for Travel Agencies
  • Ability to resolve issues efficiently and maintain a customer-oriented approach
  • Grads and drop outs
  • B2 speakers
  • Effective problem-solving and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of travel industry tools and platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
